"We bought 2 Camrys for Amiri Auto. And now we just purchased a Honda Pilot. We loved our Camrys and are sure the Pilot will be great. They take cars totaled by insurance, fix and resell them. They always show you the car fax on the vehicle so you can see the damage before repairs (usually minor with no air bag deployment). They are salvaged titles so they are harder to re-sell. But if you are looking to purchase at bargain prices, drive to the grave or give to your kids in college when you are done with it (our case) then I strongly recommend you check them out."

"I bought a 2008 Nissan Altima with low mileage about 6 years ago for my daughter and it has worked outstanding. I bought it for almost half the price of used car prices. I knew going in that he sells salvage titled vehicles (people do your homework). I have lived in California and North Dakota and they don't do a very good job in regulating salvaged vehicles. Minnesota heavily regulates salvaged vehicles so this is comforting. As far as Amiri I have had him do additional work on my other vehicles and it is refreshing to know that he values me as one of his customers and is always pleasant, eager to assist and gives me his best price.__I wanted to address some of the negative comments, first off do your homework, Amiri is very upfront that he sells salvaged vehicles. Expecting him to replace break pads and other disposable items has nothing to do with him. There is no used vehicle place that would replace disposable items, (ie. used tires, filters, oil and etc.) so these individuals who post these negative comments are being unreasonable and bad mouthing an honest man._When you buy a salvaged vehicle you need to consider the amount of money you spend for a new or used vehicle and than consider the amount of savings on a salvaged vehicle and for me the saved money is worth it. Amiri does business right and has been in business for many years taking care of customers like me."

"Went in to look at a car. I heard a knock on the window as I walked up to the office and saw a man point to a door on the side of the garage. I walked in and was greeted very politely by Amiri. I asked about someone to talk to about purchasing a car and was asked to step into his office. He gave me a list of cars with mileage and prices. I inquired about a 2011 Toyota Corolla as it had 25000 miles and was listed for 8000 i asked why it was so low mileage and price. He informed me that it had been in a collision and he had purchased it at auction. He showed me pics of the damage before he fixed it and it wasnt that bad a little work on the left side of the car and it looked brand new. He gave me the keys and me and the wife took her for a spin. It rode very well and seemed like a new car almost. We took her up a couple of the rougher roads up the street that are on the hillside and are nice and twisty to check the steering and the power of the engine. I purposely drove over a couple of potholes to check the suspension after the pics i saw and it all felt very solid. All in all it seemed like a solid car. We havent bought the car yet but its at the top of our list of options. Will post update if I buy the car. I also liked that he warranties the cars for a couple months after purchase. Tells me he stands behind his product. Update: I ended up buying a 2007 Honda Accord with 79000 miles on it. I had it for about 2 months when I started hearing a grinding noise coming from what I thought was the front brakes. So I went and bought new pads and rotors and installed them myself. When I took the car for a test drive I could still hear the grinding and took a look at the rear brakes and rotors and sure enough they were wore down to bare metal so I called Mr Amiri and he told me he would fix it because I was his customer. I thought that meant he would cover the cost because it was still within the three month warranty. So I brought it down and he had his mechanic fix it. Then he asked if I wanted to square up the bill and I inquired as to why I was being charged if it was still within the three months since I bought the car. He informed me that the warranty only covers engine and drivetrain. So I asked him how much I owed him and he charged me 110 bucks which i thought was a pretty good deal and I told him I couldnt pay him today but I could give him half on Friday when I get paid and the other half the following week. He said ok and let me leave the place with my car. A week later I noticed my car getting overheated and took a look at the engine and notioed a slight leak and just thought it was a loose hose fitting or something. i called Amiri and he told me to bring it in and they would have a look at it. Turns out I had a cracked radiator and it would have to be replaced. Amiri covered the parts and had his mechanic put a new one in. I have had the car for over six months now and its running great and I am very happy with my purchase. I will be going back when I can to get another from him."

"I purchased a 2007 Honda accord with 30,000 miles from Amiri in 2013. My car had been in a pretty serious side swipe, but was fixed up by Amiri's people. He is a no nonsense no frills kind of person. He isn't there to screw you over. He gives you all the info about the car's past, and then you can decide if you would like to purchase it. The cars are usually all salvage titles that have been fixed up. My car is still running well, and would go back again for my next."
